On Monday I called the Specialty Clinic to request a copy of a prescription and I had to leave a voicemail. Today, Wednesday at 4:15 pm I called again since nobody returned my call. I received the same request to leave a voicemail; however, I recalled and talked to whoever answered the main phone line. I explained everything and she asked me to hold for a few minutes.
