TERRIBLE!! husband has been taking his dog here for years.. when it was a trailer. I have always noticed that the place is dirty.. and usually has urine somewhere that hasnt been cleaned up. The exam tables are covered in fur from the last dog. Today was the last time they will ever see one of my pets. I took my dog to get neutered today, dropped him off at 9:30 am. Greatest Vet Ever!!!! I have been going to Dr. Murray for a few years now and I can't believe anyone who really has been there would say anything but wonderful things about him. I think it is funny that someone said the hospital used to be a trailer because it never was. It used to be much smaller, but never a trailer. You are obviously thinking of somewhere else. It doesn't get better than this! Aloma Jancy is truly world-class! I went in very worried about my puppy's eye, which appeared to be infected. The staff was extremely competent and so friendly - Tara at the front desk was practically an angel! The vet, "Dr. D," was very knowledgeable and thorough with a wonderful bedside manner - he was loving to my puppy and really took the time to answer all my questions. That's so rare! Recommendedwe drive from Narcoossee, for 2 1/2 decades for the peice of mind of comfortable honest vet visit also the only place I trust board outside of family.
This place did awesome! My pup is doing great after getting fixed and chipped today. Best part was, I only paid $200. My normal vet (Shaffer Animal Hospital) tried to charge me $375 for the same exact thing. Don't get me wrong Shaffer's staff is awesome, but Aloma Jancy matches that and is priced way better. Not to mention, I called last week on Thur, and got an appt for today. Way quicker than anyone. Awesome service!!
Aloma Jancy is unprofessional and disrespectful. They will not pay their remaining balance. Being a good neighbor, we allowed them to pay only half the deposit and repaired their sign. It has now been over 25 phone calls, many emails, and many in person visits and they continue to ignore us. As another family-run local business in the area, we need to be supporting each other, not taking advantage of and ignoring each other. We have brought all of our dogs to Aloma Jancy for the past 20 years. We only have one fur baby now, Peanut (Yorkie) and he is truly our baby. The vets and technicians here really care about your pets. I highly recommend both Drs. Pilip and Sindler. You can tell they really love your furry family members and give them the best care.
