I have been coming here for years. It is 45 minutes from my home and worth every second of the travel. Literally the best eye care you can get anywhere.
My husband made an appt for an eye exams, new glasses and contacts. He received a text to confirm the appointment the day before. As he was driving he didn't reply to the text for a few hours so they canceled his appointment. I called them about it. The man on the phone was rude, told me there was nothing he could do about it except schedule a new appointment and hung up on me. Personally, I think we dodged a bullet with this place if they treat you this bad before you even walk in the door.
