I’ve come to this practice for over 2 years and am currently dealing with a change in insurance - I contacted dr. Alok as he is my pcp and I was told he could refill my meds. Instead I was told that I have to be seen within the last 3 months to have my meds refilled. This would be logical for controlled substances but for an inhaler and anti depressants? Me: I’m almost completely out of insulin, I’m on the end of my last pen. Can you please send in a refill? Them: We need to schedule an appointment to refill. Can you meet next week? Me: I’ll be out of insulin by then and will be dead. Them: I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do They lied to my face about giving me essential medicine. They are just a turn and burn office. Don’t go here if you value your health.

After almost 4 years of taking Lexapro, Audrey just decided not to fill it with the rest of my prescriptions and after 3 calls to the office and being told 3 times it would get done, it hasn't. I talked to a pharmacist about the effects of just suddenly stopping that medication at that dosage and it's extremely harmful to say the least. Doctors need to be responsible when it comes to mental health meds, and obviously a

*** I just had my first appointment with Audrey, here. She was direct and very thorough, helped me in many ways. Glad I choose Alok Krishna as my new primary physician.

THANK YOU, ALL OF YOU, Dr. Alok Krishna MD and all the Staff are OUTSTANDING people. I felt like I was among close friends, who made me feel like they sincerely did care about my all around wellbeing. As patients we have to trust our caregivers completely, listen to and do what they say. I RECOMMEND DR. ALOK KRISHNA AND HIS STAFF VERY HIGHLY, THEY ARE "AWESOME".
