I sent an email inquiry about an officiant and flowers. I received a message right away and even scheduled a phone call. The day of the scheduled call, I never got a call nor did I get a text message or any message to apologize for missing the call. I sent a follow up text message the next day and still haven't heard back. Quite unfortunate. Was really looking forward to working with them. And unfortunately this seems to be quite common with several other vendors.
