Had an awful time checking in. They messed up my reservation. Told me my room isn't going to be ready for few hours because it's still being cleaned. Then told me my room isn't going to be ready until next day then told me it won't be ready for 3 days. They told me they have to down grade my room and didn't offer any compensation. This hotel has made a great trip into a terrible memory. While preparing to check out I misplaced my watch and had to look all over the room to find it. Upon my search I found a bag of vegetation under the pull couch. I placed this bad on the dresser and informed a cleaning staffer about it. After a 10 hour flight back home I get a voice message that the hotel will.be charging me $250 dollars for smoking in the room.
