Unique and fascinating experience! Kachina lead us through a series of body movements and journaling exercises. It was fun and empowering. I especially loved the free flowing workout. I felt graceful and feminine. Kachina is an excellent fitness instructor. I also appreciated her ability to guide us to how to find our inner goddess! I left feeling lighter and empowered!!
