I have been working with AlohaCare for over 8 years as a provider, and my recent experiences have left me extremely disappointed. For the past 5 months, I have been attempting to renegotiate a fair reimbursement rate for physical therapy services. Unfortunately, my interactions with AlohaCare representatives, specifically Ruffy and Jennefer, have been frustrating and unproductive. I would've given AlohaCare 5 Stars, but just found out that they no longer cover dental services! I have excruciating pain in my (canine) teeth, and it always causes a headache when I eat or drink anything! What's more upsetting, people's dental health is also part of your health. So, what do they expect us to do? Wait until our cavities or teeth that need root canals get worse?! They don't care if we die! No logic here!
