Great first visit to Whistler for our family. Off-season so it was nice and quiet, room was ready very early and accommodations were nice! Well equipped home, everything was clean and worked properly. Most of all, communication is excellent. Very happy with the lovely Aloha team and highly recommend.
I rented through Aloha Whistler Accommodations for around a year and paid a significant amount in rent. For most of the tenancy, they were fine as rental hosts. Unfortunately, the move-out process completely changed my opinion. After I left, they attempted to charge me around $2,000 for move-out cleaning, which I found unreasonable and excessive. Didn’t want to have to leave this review because throughout our stay, Aloha Whistler were generally responsive and helpful. My friend and I rented one of their managed apartments for the past year and paid $78,000 in rent over that period. Unfortunately, the experience at move-out has been extremely disappointing. When we moved into the property, we already paid a $730 end-of-stay cleaning fee. A group of 5 us stayed at Mountain Star #25 in early April 2026. The condominium was as described, perfectly clean, and the staff at Aloha whistler went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Great service!
These guys were great. Fast response, gave us option. The unit was exactly as advertised. Service impeccable. We had a great time.
