I have truly been able to get my life back utilizing the tools Kannary has provided me with. I’m 22 and struggled with anxiety to the point I was getting nauseous about leaving the house. I would have to leave grocery stores in the middle of shopping because I would be so overwhelmed. This went on for the past few years. I've had a history of passing out and the fear started to limit me on what/where I could go. I did talk therapy on and off for 8 years with some help.
