Before hypnotherapy, I had severe, debilitating anxiety which affected nearly all aspects of my life. I tried cognitive behavioral therapy and medications which are only partially effective. Kannary is compassionate, knowledgeable and has great therapeutic techniques for breakthroughs. She really helped me with my anxiety and other blockages I had. I call her my director of consciousness. I highly recommend her and her skills
Kannary is amazing! She has a real talent for identifying the root cause of the issue. If you’re struggling with any type of mental block you have to give her a call. She listens intently and then builds a fast effective individualized program that helps rewire the old patterns that hold you back. I was really pleased with how well it all worked and how quickly I felt better. I look at things much different now in all aspects of my life. Anxiety and stress don’t have to be overwhelming. This stuff really works!
