I was told my glasses would be ready in about 3 weeks. I waited waited waited Never heard a thing. After almost 2 months I finally called and was told my glasses were indeed ready. I picked them up and within five days the screw fell out of the left side holding the temple. Id been very careful with the glasses yet upon arriving after calling and explaining the situation, was told it was my negligence and will thus cost $50 to repair. Dr. Yuen and his staff not only provide the best eye care, they care about our overall health in this pandemic. I love their fabric face masks: comfy, good facial coverage with minimal restriction and good filter insert. Best of all, the mask brings out the Aloha spirit.... something we need to lift us up in this challenging time!
Recently I had a procedure done on my upper lids which was painless at the surgery center with Dr Yuen. From the beginning I felt very comfortable he gave me the confidence that everything will be fine. The staff at the surgery center were very professional and they followed the procedures for Covid very well. I highly recommend Dr Yuen at the Aloha Vision Consultants!
Dr.carlton Yuen is such a great doctor. He has been treating me for my dry eyes for years. I’m so excited to learn of their new dry eye treatment that’s soon to be available early next year.
