Excellent and thorough examination
People were nice enough when checking in and my exam was started in a timely manner. I do not remember if the Dr introduced herself. The eye exam seemed a little rushed and she seemed bored explaining the results using the 3d model and retina scanning. I received no information from her about what my results meant and how she planned to help me see better other than “here’s your script, go up front and they will help you”. Not the greatest experience but not the worst either. People there were nice enough. I felt the time with the doctor assessing my vision was rushed. I was handed a paper with my prescription and given no explanation to what it all meant and was told the lady at the front desk would help me. Which she didn’t. The person at the front desk helped my husband more than me. Maybe because I said I didn’t find any frames I liked, and she gave me an odd explanation to why my sunglasses couldn’t be made prescription. I guess since I w... read more
