Had transfers booked through them and they told us the driver was there to pick us up but we never saw them and we never got contacted. When we called them to ask about it they said they can’t get us another ride to the airport and won’t refund us. Terrible experience
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Aloha VIP Tours I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Aloha VIP Tours. After a 10-hour flight with my 2-year-old, we were left waiting for over 2.5 hours at the airport before finally being told they would take us to our hotel. a huge joke the employees and this company is! - we were told pickup for 11:45 am and we were down by 11:40 am and met the bus driver and told him we are going to grab the bags! For this company to call us out and blame us for “our tardiness” is a joke! This is not how you deal with customers this is a scam! No wonder there are so many terrible reviews for this company. Learn to be better and respect you clients and not to rip them off!

If I could give this a negative star, I would gladly so. Had a transfer back to HNL airport for 11:45am, spoke to the driver at 11:40am letting him know my wife and I are just going to our room to grab our luggage. By the time we came back down, it was 11:46am and the driver just left us. Spoke to a representative named Beverly, she was terrible help and awful customer service.
