Awful service. They intentionally bring larger vans and then can’t get into the Royal Hawaiian despite saying that is where they will take you and drop you off. They show up and tell you they can only park at the Aloha Landing at another hotel. When telling them that isn’t what our documents say nor what we were led to believe, they then said we would need to wait longer for another van which would have caused us to be late to the airport, which they then say they aren’t responsible for. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WILL LEAVE YOU AND APPARENTLY “URGENTLY GET A HOLD OF YOU WITH YOUR HOTEL PHONE” but no info on the Pamphlet about it. Total joke. They were our assigned shuttle through Costco. Never showed up, no way to contact them via email or phone or website after hours, so we got a cab. UPDATE: They refunded us the money for the first leg of our trip and paid for our cab and were really nice over the phone the next day, which I appreciated. Updated to 4 stars.
