We had a shared transfer through our Costco package. Upon arriving at HNL... We waited for 10 minutes and they kept saying the bus would show up in 10 minutes (which clearly wasn't the truth). So we left and got an Uber. They clearly aren't organized enough and I don't think Costco knows that's how they operate.
Incredibly disorganized. Waited an hour after arrival for the bus to arrive. Better to spend $23 on a shared Uber/ $30 solo Uber and enjoy more time vacationing.
