Booked through Costco travel. Our flight landed at 1:30 and we were outside waiting with a group by 1:40 when the 1st bus arrived. Our guide said me and my mother had to wait for the next bus. The driver noticeably confused came out to offer us a ride. Our guide told us no and disappeared. We then had to wait until 3pm to get picked up. When asked why we were singled out from our original group and denied entry to the 1st bus he was dismissive said we should have just got on it then. Wouldn’t recommend.

Costco provided transfer from Honolulu airport to hotel. Got to baggage claim and called Aloha. An agent came and told us to go outside and wait for shuttle. Waited 15 min. Agent then stopped by outside saw and said just to chill & wait. We decided to leave and get the Bus city service. Won’t use Aloha for the return. Aloha does not have their shit together.

Zero stars. Booked our honeymoon through Costco and this is the transfer company they used. The Aloha VIP tour agent forgot about us. We waited at the carousel like we were told. Waited 15 minutes so I called and asked them where the drive is, they told me to wait and the drivers come in and out to pick us up. Waited another 15 minutes and called again. I am surprised with the negative reviews. We booked with Costco travel a package at Oahu and transfers were arranged by Aloha VIP. Our daughters were not able to meet the greeter and we called their emergency phone number, they responded immediately, called our daughter and driver was able to meet them right away. They also informed them about the return transfer which was on time without any trouble and they safely made their way to the airport on their return day. We were very happy with their friendly and timely service.

I called Aloha VIP Tours on behalf of a client to ask whether they could provide a birthday sign as part of her experience. The representative immediately told me no. I responded that it was unfortunate, and the representative replied, “Whatever,” and hung up on me. I called back because I was genuinely shocked by the interaction and asked why she had responded to me that way.
