They were great for our arrival/departure shuttles, including when flight dates were changed. Great customer service.
Our costco travel airport pickup and drop off was through them. Drop-off from airport to hotel was smooth. Greeted us with fresh Lei garland. The pickup from hotel left much to be desired. Tldr; the bus claimed to have waited for us and we didn’t show up, whereas we waited the whole time and asked every driver. They refused to accommodate us on another bus. Was not placed on the list for pickup even after we had signed up for pickup. Waited 10 mins to get picked up at the airport. Then said to be ready at 4:30 to get picked up and dropped off at the airport. Was late to that as well. Would not be using this service again. I hope I can save yall some money!!!
Terrible experience with the airport shuttle included in our hotel package. It was a free add-on that we figured we should use but would have happily taken an uber or taxi to our hotel rather than wait 2 hours. I asked for information from the start of the hostess and she refused to be honest so we could opt out of the service. Unacceptable to force us to be trapped in a large bus when we were more than willing to take an alternate form of transportation.
