Incredibly disorganized. Waited an hour after arrival for the bus to arrive. Better to spend $23 on a shared Uber/ $30 solo Uber and enjoy more time vacationing.

Never showed up for our pick up and wouldn’t answer our phone calls
Your driver's are very aggressive when driving to the point of almost running my wife and I off the road a few times while riding our bikes in our Waikiki Community we are always respectful to the buses and trolleys. I'm about ready to talk to Tommy Waters , Hawaii News Now, Stolen Stuff Hawaii , HPD and start video recording. Please let me know what i need to do to protect my wife and I from your aggressive driver's. Mahalo
