I have been with Aloha for several years now, and I must say I have had nothing but outstanding service! Recently Tiff and others helped me out, and we have four dogs so we have dealt with almost every staff member, and they do embody the concept of "aloha" which is why I'm still with them. Casual staff and environment with the peak level of customer service and dog knowledge in my case. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Crocco and the team at Aloha. I was dealing with a high-stress emergency with my parrot and had called multiple clinics but no one had availability. Because of their heavy volume, I wasn't able to get through over the phone initially, but when I texted them, they responded and called me back almost immediately. The entire team is phenomenal in the way they care about taking the time to make sure that my golden retriever is treated like family and gets the best care possible. I heard about Aloha from the breeder we purchased several golden retrievers from over the years, and I would highly recommend them to you.
