Stopped in at 2:15 pm on Saturday to see if they could possibly see my dog who was having an emergency. First thing I was asked was if he was a patient there, after finding out that he wasn't, I was informed that the vet was in with another animal and that it would just be better if we took him to emergency vet. There were no other pets waiting. If I could give them a zero I absolutely would due to their lack of empathy for the situation.
I came home Tuesday evening to find my baby girl Mila sick. She was obviously in distress and come to find out she had Pyometra, which can be fatal. Aloha was able to fit her in first thing on Wednesday morning, and ended up having to do an emergency spay to save her life. The time and care they put into her was priceless. Upon arriving to pick her up we were greeted with a new Mila, and they really cut us a deal of a lifetime. What could have cost us thousands ended up in the hundreds.
