Best Vets we have ever had. Not only are they professional and extremely competent but they actually care about the pet’s health as well as the pet owner’s well being. We couldn’t be more satisfied with Aloha Vet.
I brought my sick cat in who is very difficult at the vet due to severe anxiety. They handled her well which was a great relief during our visit. I really liked the vet who saw her but apparently she doesn’t work there all of the time and was just filling in. I unfortunately had issues getting a call back with results and regarding plan of care from one of the vets who actually does work there (who never saw my cat). First time visiting, and bringing our little Jack Russell Elbie for a check up. Can’t speak highly enough about the front staff, Linda the vet tech and the amazing Dr. Mori. The entire staff worked so well together as they were a happy family. Having a timid dog, they treated our dog as it was their own. Not sure how they did it, but our dog did not lift a lip, snap or bark during the entire visit. My wife and I were extremely impressed and glad we found our new Vet.
I tried to make an appointment to bring my dog to this vet who was very old and needed care. These people communicated with me through text. And in the middle of messaging they switched it up and had me talking to someone else on the text. I Clearly told them that my dog did not have records. The lady told me in text that that would be fine. The next day they call me and left a voicemail talking about needing to get my dogs records. Such stupidity and amazes me and I hate to be mean like that but my dog needed care. Anyways ... read more
