We took our duck in for an injured eye and got fantastic treatment! They got us in very quickly. They were very knowledgeable, despite a duck not being your typical pet. They were very gentle with her and were clearly skilled in handling ducks. Dr. Mori was so kind and her vet tech was great as well. They took the time to show us how to administer eye drops and oral medications so that we were able to easily treat her at home. I cannot say enough great things about everyone at Aloha Vet . They are a great team of ladies, hard working compassionate, always treated with above and beyond Customer and pet care. My baby Lucy had to have surgery and I have been off work with my own medical condition ,so finances are far to none , Dr Osborne put in a request for a grant and I received enormous help ! Came home to my dog walking on 3 legs instead of 4 and called Aloha the next morning. I spoke to Tiffany and she was so kind trying to get me in ASAP and even trying to work with my schedule concerning my kids school function I had to attend. I was worried about cost and she gave me a break down of what it could be and I will say the prices are really good especially with what I had in mind for this possible visit. Highly recommend Aloha! Their veterinarians are top notch and practice a high level of medicine. Their techs and CSRs are all friendly and you are always communicated with well. I also love that they offer eastern medicine like acupuncture. You cannot go wrong with Aloha!
I brought my dog to Dr. Mori after she ingested plastic at the end of May. I sent the clinic her full medical records and a two-page list of allergies — we have been managing her severe allergies for years.
