Dr. Sophia is the best, most effective, and kind chiropractor ever. She has and continues to help me in so many ways, from helping me to release tension stored in my body, improving my posture and breathing, and alleviating back pain when it comes up. I’m a chiropractic student and flew to Kauai from a vacation on Oahu just to see Dr Sophia. I was definitely not disappointed! I felt taken care of the moment I stepped into her office. The space was extremely welcoming, and Dr Sophia took time and care to connect with each practice member and make them feel seen. I learned so much from just the brief time I was there!
