Had a new roof installed by aloha in 2017. Three times we've had to call them out to get shingles replaced. Multiple phones calls and long wait times with no response. This last time we lost about 20 - 30 shingles, we called, we were ignored until the water started to come through my bedroom ceiling. We had to use our own drone to take footage to get them out. We are still waiting for the ceiling to be fixed, with no response.

We were lucky enough to have Bob with Aloha Roofing stop by our home to introduce himself. He encouraged us to allow him to do a free inspection of our roof for possible hail damage. So glad we did. We qualified and he and his team pulled everything together in days. Did a fantastic job. Very professional and efficient group. We highly recommend.

My neighbor had this company come out to replace the roof and I was very upset on my end as the roofers/employees changing the roof did not clean up after themselves on my side. I had insulation in my back yard along with tiles, my front yard had a few nails still and too many little wood chips all stuck in my ground and spread out in grass. Aloha did a great job on our roof and I had some damage from the tornado that hit on February 27. Aloha met my insurance company to access the damage and come up with fair payment to repair the damage.
