Aloha property management has been very pleasant to deal with . They respond to work orders in a timely manner . The maintenance workers are all so friendly and I feel comfortable having them around , they get the job done quick and efficiently.
Repair work is always completed so fast! We had a large tree fall onto our awning. They had tree removers, roof repair people and glass people out within 2 hours, and it wasball after closing time!
Aloha Property Management is a very professional company that works well with both property owners and renters. The mix of knowledgeable people with the latest in technology makes working with them an ideal situation. When repairs are needed they are quick to respond with quality results.
