**Update** It is now 7/15- exactly 30 days after we moved out…we just got our check for the what was left from our deposit money. As I stated below in my original review: I go into a lease not expecting money back, anything returned is just added bonus.. We ended up getting a decent chunk of our deposit back and none of the fees that were deducted were abnormal. So my 5 star review still stands!! Eva Bryan was absolutely wonderful during our apartment tour. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer every question we had thoroughly and made sure we understood all of our options without ever making us feel rushed. I’m very disappointed with the way Aloha Property Management handled this situation. We were charged for a dishwasher issue even though we never raised a maintenance request. The technician who visited clearly stated that there was no issue with the dishwasher and no repairs or replacements were made. Despite that, we were still billed for the visit. Charging tenants when no problem exists and no work is performed is extremely unreasonable and unprofessional. Communication and transparency were also lacking throughout the pr... read more
Worst property management experience I’ve had. Very unprofessional when it comes to service and handling lease agreements. They charge excessive fees for almost everything, which feels unreasonable and frustrating as a tenant. Communication and support have also been disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and fair renting experience.
