I am a tenant, at one of the aloha properties. I called maintenance for a service request and was greeted by a kind woman named Alisha. She helped resolve my issue quickly and professionally. The customer service is spot on!
Applied for 2 different rentals with this company, the first rental i applied for i was the second application so it makes sense I wouldnt have got it. However when I got the call that the first one fell through I asked if their were any other properties available, and after getting a link sent to me for a different property I put in an application the same day. Kitchen and guest bathroom needs have been promptly satisfied with careful attention by the service man. He left the areas very clean. The garage door tracks no longer make noise. Thanks so much! I'm always impressed by Aloha's service.
Amazing he was so helpful
They fixed the broken sprinkler so fast that I think it’s possible they have a sprinkler repair man secretly living in my attic.
