Very impressed by the customer service received with Aloha. We have resided with them for about a year, and very happy with the service and support when needed. Great company to rent from! Happy to call home an Aloha Property!
We used Aloha Prop Mgt for a few years, not perfect, but overall very good at getting back to owner about problems and resolving them in a timely manner. Property is in good shape due to all the vendors that they have coordinated to fix things at the property. Would recommend using them, I think we received good value for the cost of the services they provided.
