i would leave 0 stars if i could. first off front reception was horrible, they would tell me they were going to reach out to a specialist and send over ny rabbits chart as soon as we ended the phone call, call back an hour later and they act confused as if they don’t know what’s going on and had no sense of urgency, mind u my rabbits leg is shattered. not only did it cost an arm and a leg to have him be seen due to all of the extra sedation, x-rays, tests, and drawing of blood they force you to have done, they also told me h... read more
i had to bring my cat in this morning as a walk-in, and he was seen really quickly. all of the staff were very friendly and dr. thompson was amazing! he explained everything clearly and kindly. the cost was also affordable, especially for an urgent care visit. thank you guys so much!
Came here with my dog because we suspected bloat. It ended up being something else, but they took great care of our dog and the staff was amazing. Ava, the vet tech and the vet were incredible! So good with our job who was very nervous. You can tell they really care and are a great place to take your pet during an emergency.
Last week my mini Goldendoodle was diagnosed with pancreatitis. Labs showed that his levels far exceeded the normal amount and medicinal intervention was crucial. His regular veterinarian recommended a new drug, Panoquell, but advised that the medication itself was $3,000 and required three days of hospitalization of at least $3,000.
