You can’t be doing two people’s nails at the same time . A lady was working on a nail set, then came over to me asking what I wanted done and sat me at another station. I told her I wanted my acrylics removed and just a basic manicure/cleanup. She had me soaking my fingers in the water/alcohol bowl, which was fine at first, but then 30 minutes went by and my fingers literally started burning from soaking for so long lol. Use to love this place- was charged extra for gel removal on our toes and neither one of us had gel- if you go here, just get the basics because they will Up charge you while you are in the middle of the service- my daughter paid 25$ extra for “cat eyes “on her toes ( when we were told 15$ extra ) and they were nothing special. Two pedicures lasted less an an hour I paid 100$ -

I have been getting my nails done now for about 20 yrs. I live in Wake Forest and would normally go to one of my normal spots. This was a gift card for mother's day to this place ALOHA in Louisburg NC. Walking in was about a 40 min wait, as I was sat down at the nail area I had to wait another 25 mins or so. I wanted gel x as my sisters nails were so pretty.. so I tried it. First they cut your real nail very very short. Then the excess glue that the tech put on the nail and my finger was dripping out.
