Lauren was amazing! I came in missing a toe nail on my big toe and she completely reconstructed it, couldn’t even tell I was missing it. I love it! Definitely will be back

I went recently for the second time, the first time I had only gotten a pedicure, which I liked. This time I wanted a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure went well as before, but my manicure set felt rushed and there was a lack of detail orientation. All of my fingernails were done on one side of the massage chair, so all of them were angled away from me. Not returning ever again. Unsanitary and can't even do a basic French tip or gel correctly. Nails look ugly and horrible. I asked for a soak off first and she didn't do that and proceeded to use the acrylic nail to remove all my nails hurting my nail and causing damage to my nails... I also asked her and showed her my thumb nail and to please fix and she proceeded by adding gel and ignoring me and not fixing her mess! Calling state and reporting
