I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since today is Sunday and it's the 4th of July weekend, but this service was unexcusable. First off, I had to wait 25 mins to be called for my pedicure (the lady in front of me 30 mins). During this time, a white lady came in. Been going here for 5 years. Amazing job every time. Hey pedicures and acrylics...my nails, I could push to 4 weeks if I busy without being worried if they will break off or not
She did a very GOOD JOB!! on my nails.the best I have seen in a while but she was not all that nice to me.when she was done with my nails.she didn't even say nothing just walked to the back.
I've been a customer for 2 years now and I love the pedicures. The employees are very sweet. I always bring friends and family here when they come to visit so we can be pampered together. I dont have one negative thing to say about aloha nails...love it!!
If you don't come to this place your missing how it feel the best of pedicure. They have fresh fruit and mimosa while you get your toes done. The owner, she is the nicest and the funniest person I have ever met. I would come back here again!!
Hoooorible the worste experience ever. They overcharged me 50 dollars and then refused to give me a refund. They even myelled at me and kicked me out. It was a horrid experince, they owner was the rudest person ever. They are always slow for a reason there service is awful and they rip you off on top of it and quote you one price and charge nyou another. Ridiculously horrible experince.
DO NOT GO ... the owner was very rude. If you don't want to service Groupon customers then you should not participate in the plan. They were paid by Groupon but if you want an appointment they ask if you are a groupon or not - i was told they didn't have an appt until after the Groupon expires. Ridiculous. I would not give one star but was required to give something for this rating :(
The rudest nail salon experience I have ever had. At least two other clients and I were called "cheap" because we were using a Groupon. The owner argued about what the Groupon was for when it was plainly in black and white. In the end, it cost an additional $25 (not including tip) for me to leave that place. i love this place! the atmoshpere is wonderful and calming and the people there are really friendly!, my nails always look spectacular when i leave!
