This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I specifically asked for V to do my nails, and they refused to tell me who was actually doing them. They lied and said V would be doing my nails, then later denied it after the service was done. The dishonesty alone was bad enough, but the work itself was even worse. I will never go to anyone else—Tina is amazing! It took me 15 years to find someone who truly understands gel nail polish. My gel used to last just over a week, but now it easily lasts three weeks with no issues. I can even go two months without any chipping on my toes. I can’t say enough good things about Tina!

About a month ago I went in and got a color change on my toes and was charged $35. Their website says $7-$10 but when I confirmed the price with the nail tech, she confirmed it was $35. I left and called the salon about 10 minutes later and asked how much they charged for a gel color change on toes and I was told $25. I have been coming here to do my nails and wax for the past 6 years . I decided to stop doing my nails because their work is always rushed and sloppy. I literally have to go back to fix it same or next day the most . I started using their services to wax only and every time i go i get charged different price. This place was the biggest disappointment of my life. I’ve never had nails that are so thick and messy, also full of air bubbles. They hardly had any options compared to most other places in the area and she had to fix my nail twice. I brought my mother with me. Hers was the same. Not to mention the prices. She said $45 when we walked in then when it came time to pay she said $50 in the rudest tone yelling it at me. I don’t recommend this place at all. Their service is terrible and super rude!
