If you’re looking for someone in Northern Virginia who is REALLY good with blonde, go see my girl, Abbi!! I’m super picky about my hair and she just gets it. She knows how to get your blonde bright and pretty without it looking overdone or fried, and she listens to what you want. Plus she’s just the sweetest and so easy to sit and talk to for hours while you’re getting your hair done (I have a lot of hair lol) I’m so glad I found her! ❤
