My wife's car key/remote broke a plastic piece beside the key and was it very loose. She was told that the car dealerships would charge around $275 to $300 to replace it. So she went online and found several replacement parts packages that were cheap. She bought 3, each being a little different. Ha, I did not fix as I was concerned that I'd break the transponders inside. Linda took the time to help me figure out a problem with my car key even after the dealership couldn't figure it out. She saved me from having unnecessary work done to my car. There aren't too many places where the associates are as caring and as helpful as these ladies! Thanks again!!!
