They schedule their guys out ASAP - next day in my case. The tech came to fix my water leak in my front yard caused by improper installation from another company, which I called and they said they could have an earliest appointment in 2 weeks. Not sure if they are the cheapest, but I don`t feel like I have overpaid - they got the job done quick. I would recommend and reuse the service.
