I am concerned and frustrated regarding the unresolved HECU (Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit) recall for my 2017 Kia Rio. My vehicle was promptly pulled off Turo due to the outstanding recall, impacting its use and causing considerable inconvenience. My primary concern is the lack of a timely remedy for this issue. Despite the recall being known, the compensation information was only communicated after the July deadline, creating an unsettling situation for Kia owners which my vehicle isn’t in the compensation settlement. ... read more
