Aloha Kia Hilo, HI , Jeff B, Finance Manager, refuse to take responsible for car registration address error and registered my car with my mainland address instead of Hawai’i. Expected me to go to DMV 1.5 hr 1-way and pay $5 fee to correct address error on their side. This would mean taking a day off work to deal with an error dealership made as it would be 4+ hr day of my travel time . Big Island has limited locations for DMV and only 2 Kia dealership . Martin was WONDERFUL! 5 min before close I came in with a flat tire. They fixed me up quick, were respectful, and they did it all with a smile. Service dept 10/10 stars !
