While searching for a new dependable 6 cylinder, I decided to visit Kea. The salesperson suggested test driving a Sorento 4 cylinder EX Hybrid while a bit hesitant, I tested the vehicle and was surprised of all the bells and whistle’s gas millage and especially the acceleration power when needed. I was sold.
Helpful in securing the latest beep-beep varoom-varoom aka vehicle. Walked in with gathered intel and found staff/team all very fluid from start to finish in purchasing process. With most recently hitting six month marker and utilizing service department. Kudos/props as this too was met with 5 Star service and professionalism. Extremely grateful for customer attentiveness in care and appreciations. Mahalo nui loa. I heart my Kia!

According to my experience, be aware of they holding your ID to retain you with any reason further consulting, but retaining a goverment ID is coerce sale, a serious misconduct and often leagl violation. Demand return, record their name, time, and interaction, and left if safe. IF not, call and file police report.
