Saved our memorial Day – We had rented a pontoon boat for memorial day on lake lewisville with another agency. After we were out about 1 1/2 hours the guy came up to us and told us we had to go back because it looked like something was wrong with the boat. After going back he told us we wouldnt be able to use boat and had to find someone else to rent to us. We found aloha and the guy there got us into the water on a boat fast. Great experience – HAd a great experience, I have rented from other places and it takes forever to get my deposit back, I definately reccomend aloha. he takes you down to the water, provides everything including gas, and then shows up on time when he is supposed to. thanks again aloha
rude guy, horrible experience. Would never go back. – We paid $350 for 30 mins of boat use. To begin with, the guy was very rude and impatient when he dealt with us. He was not friendly at all. Once we got on the lake, barely 30 mins in, the boat shut off on us out of no where; it was dead. We couldn’t start it, so we called the guy, and he came out in a jet ski to see what had gone wrong.
