Was wanting to establish primary care. Walked in at 9:20am for my appt at 9:30am. Front desk not very friendly. I never received a text or email for new patient paperwork so it was given to me to fill out while I waited. I sat down and started to fill out all the paperwork given. The front desk lady opens her window right at 930 and asks if I was done if not I was going to have it be rescheduled. I stated I was finishing up and was told the doctors ready if I’m not done they’ll have to reschedule at 9:32am. Kinda frustrating... read more
