NO ALOHA, NOT OHANA. I asked for help but I was disregarded. I asked for flexibility because it wasn’t part of my original treatment plan and was denied. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero regard for patients. I’d been complaining about my tooth for months and was told nothing was wrong. Love the new office that Dr.K works at now I love Dr.K and her team ❤️ They are so sweet and comforting and I'm happy to have a dentist that is patient with me whenever I feel afraid Dr.K is always able to calm me down and make me feel comfortable I love you Dr.K and your team and I hope you can still make me feel relaxed and comfortable ❤️ Plus if you are feeling scared or anxious about something Dr Chris will always help you make your visit comfortable. Dr Chris is super nice.
I had such a good experience with Dr. Chris & his staff at Aloha Family Dentistry. I needed a crown re-done and was able to get it completed same day without having to wait weeks / wear a temporary crown / come back, etc. Everything from the local anesthesia shot (which I was really nervous about but he made it painless and as pleasant as possible), to the entire treatment duration, Dr. Chris was not only reassuring and calming, but also took the time to explain everything to me.
