I really enjoyed this experience. They were easy to schedule with, communicative and the pricing was fair. Tovis did such an amazing job and was able to remove stains that I thought would never go away.
Aloha carpet care always does an amazing job, just got my couches cleaned & steamed, area rug, and staircase + upstairs hall. 10/10 recommend
I was surprised as a former carpet cleaner that they did not vacuum or agitate the carpet. They just sprayed and went for it. Gear and equipment was top. However, there are still some stains in the carpet. I know what wear looks like and some stains are still there. My issue is that I paid extra for pre treatment of stains and some are still there. In addition, I’m smelling wet carpet, I would appreciate it if you would deodorize the carpet so I don’t have to smell “ wet carpet “. Seriously, I do not smell anything other tha... read more
My experience was perfect. Arrived on time, provided me a plan of action and executed just as stated. Very professional, and knowledgeable. I was also told how to stop making stains in my own carpet by using a spot cleaner I always use. I threw it away immediately. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I will be sending them to my family members as well. I will also be using them to do my couches.
Carpet stretching was amazing and their service perfect!
