I had a great experience selling my car to Aloha Auto Depot, and I especially want to thank Jacob for making the entire process so easy and stress-free. Jacob was straightforward and gave me a very fair offer without any hassle. After I handed over the keys, I asked if he could give me a ride to the dealership where I was picking up my new car, and he was kind enough to take me there himself. Very poor service. Sales people lie to try to get you to buy the vehicles. You wait forever for the financing portion. In the meantime the sales guy still jabbering lies while you wait. People responsible for your registration took it and hid it in a drawer not turning it in to DMV. Then when you call they lie about Leaving you messages. Then you ask them to mail the paperwork and they preface with well if it gets lost in the mail you gotta go DMV yourself. They not responsible. We bought the truck April/may. Just picked up a 2013 BMW 135i from AutoSource and the whole experience was excellent.
