I have to say they are wonderful to work with. We were cold the tech called us back told us how to run the emergency heat. They came out the next day fixed our problem and gave us great professional prompt service. They have my service.
Work done in a professional and courteous manner with no push for service other than what was requested. Prices were given before the service or parts were added.
Aloha Aire is a great company to service your air conditioner. They come to my home twice a year to make sure that the air is ready for the Texas summer and then again in the fall to get us ready winter. They service the units at my husbands business as well. They keep our customers cool! Love the yearly service contract because the price is right!
Dont take my word for it but call around and ask about this company. Incompetent to say the least. When I mention to other people that I used them they all say to stay away from this company
