We absolutely loved Amber at the front desk! She was so kind and wonderful to deal with!
Appreciated the unique setup of the room, the bathroom was tucked behind the bed making it feel like it was a completely separate room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great outdoor area with plenty of seating.
I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. It is advertised as pet-friendly, but when we arrived with our cat, we were told that the hotel only accepts dogs and were refused check-in. This policy was not made clear beforehand. To make matters worse, it then took nearly a month of repeated calls and follow-ups to receive a refund. During that time, the hotel was extremely unresponsive to my requests. I would not recommend booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling with a pet.
