During our stay for a Conference, upon check-in Daisy was more than accommodating to ensure all the reservations were correct when there were some issues. Upon check in, we were advised that the City of Waco was going to be disconnecting the water. Told it would out from midnight till 8 AM. However, the contractor (out of the control of the hotel) was late and then broke a water pipe. A lovely hotel for a little staycation! Rooms are nice an clean and comfortable. Pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. Neighborhood doese not feel sketchy as some of the reviews have said. We felt safe. Lots of food nearby. Would def stay here again.
No breakfast included. No microwave in room.pocket size fridge and front desk staff with an attitude. A/c running set for 65. But the room never gets below 73. Never First and last Aloft.
