Valet only parking, which means we had to take all of our bags out quickly. There is no bellhop service despite parking being valet, and the carts they offer are small and have breaks that have to be pressed up or down. There were only 3 in the morning when we checked out, not enough for everyone trying to leave on a Sunday morning. We visited the site for our family reunion which I didn't stay there at the hotel.
Came here for a concert! The location was perfect, everything we needed to do was within walking distance (especially going to the arena!). We took advantage of the nearby trolley as well! For the concert I was making gifts for concert goers and still had so much to finish. We worked on the gifts in the lobby where we met front desk clerk, Shenaaz! She was so amazing! Just stay somewhere else. I arrived and my first room had more dust than house with shedding pets. The room had a smell of sewage wafting from the shower area. The shower tile was moldy and and the door was miss aligned. (Wipes off phone with inch of dust to find it does not work) call front desk and request new room. Second room smells of mold and mildew when not kept below 69 degrees. First set of sheets were dirty ( hair and makeup) the floor had someone's false eyelashes across the room.
