DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The hotel rooms have zero privacy. This hotel overlooks a huge office building that is right outside your hotel window. The bed in our room was soft like a banana with no back support. Right after checking in we asked Alexis for another room and offered to pay more for a better room. Alexis told me, "all the rooms are like that and overlook the building next door". So no City view which is what we paid for. Buena experiencia en general! Lo mejor? La ubicacion. Fortalezas? Personal servicial. Lo que menos nos gustó? En la habitacion faltó una cobija extra, que normalmente hemos conseguido en los diversos hoteles visitados en Florida pero no en este (Igual, nada grave cuya solucion estaba a una llamada de distancia)
