I was under the impression the Aloft parking garage would be included in my hotel fee. Idk? Our company hosted a holiday party and I just figured I'd get a discounted rate or something, but nope. I booked over the phone and not like there is a direct line to the hotel. So it could have been more accommodating. Pros: Room was nice and clean. Bathroom clean. Bed super soft.
