Terrible, dirty hotel with horrid customer service. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human by phone. I needed a copy of my bill and Marriott’s AI SUCKS and their phone tree loops you between automated messages.

Bunch of thieves. Pre paid hundreds for my room for my WEDDING yet they would not provide us the room when we arrived and tried to charge us again for what I already paid for. We weren’t even able to the call their desk because their box is full. Horrible customer service and an embarrassment to the Marriot brand. Would look elsewhere despite the great location
