What a dump! Take all the reviews seriously! Avoid this place bc it is gross and the staff is unhelpful. Marriott should be embarrassed to have this under their umbrella of hotels. I really hope management improves at this hotel. The neighborhood is great and this location is convenient to work. That said, the broken and dirty things in this hotel are too many to list in entirety. The air conditioning throughout the hotel has been broken for at least a month, making it impossible to use the gym and causing guests to sweat just getting to sleeping rooms. There is also a broken fountain in the lower lobby. Bed sheets were ripped and stained. Floors in sleeping room had black grime stuck to them. Dry hair... read more

Location is amazing!! There are so many restaurants and coffee shops nearby, plus nightlife, all within walking minutes. There is a huge dog park right by the hotel. Parking garage with spots for hotel parking free. I disliked there was an elevator to get to the lobby, than another elevator to get to the rooms. I felt like I took about 6 trips just to bring my suitcases inside. Breakfast was all frozen food reheated for $10. Had to switch rooms 3 times because they all stunk; wet dog, cigarettes, mold. ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EVER AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY UNSANITARY. I checked into a hotel and the AC was broken, the guy lied and said he fixed it when all he did was push random buttons. I was like no way give me a new room. He gives me a new room and it had giant cockroaches come out and sit next to me on the couch. It was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.
