We chose to stay at this hotel based on its positive reviews and convenient location. However, during our most recent stay, we were disappointed by several issues. Upon arrival, our room had an unpleasant odor. Thankfully, the staff was accommodating and promptly moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had cleanliness concerns. Stayed here multiple times. Rooms are always clean and in good shape. Good cost always. Staff is friendly parking is easy and plenty of walkable area around for restaurants

Every employee I encountered spoke with foreign accents and were hard to understand. Brought in a group of kids for overnight stay. No indication anywhere to get ice for room. Found out while at breakfast, there was a small freezer in the food area to get a bag full to fit your bucket in the room. Breakfast choices limited and not cheap. Ordered the OG BEC sandwich for $9. Because all the group was ordering breakfast at the same time, it took a while as they apparently can only make one at a time. No room number on orders do... read more
