We recently stayed at the Aloft Raleigh Durham - and were honestly surprised this was a Marriott property. The beds and pillows were the best part of the stay, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt worn down and poorly maintained. The hallway carpets were heavily stained, the office chair in our room was filthy and stained, and there were visible stains on the desks as well. First time at aloft. Getaway for my cousin's husband's birthday. The front desk heard it was his birthday and he gave us 40 ticket total for each room to eat at bar and snack room! Everyone we encountered was very nice. Checkout at 11 we thought 12 and front desk was very nice about it. I will be returning. And used shuttle to different restaurants in area. The area is beautiful! Played pool with my husband!

Great Stay! Hotel staff is very helpful. Easy check in with Riley. we took the Shuttle over to Los Tres Magueyes Mexican Restaurant. the food was delicious. I will stay here again next time I’m in North Carolina. mahalo,
