I’m a flight attendant so I frequent hotels every day and this aloft hotel by far is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve seen. Everything was great and very professional. From check-in to check-out, I truly felt at ease getting rest to start my next set of flights. The guest representative(guy with the dreads, from Atlanta and worked 3/17/26…)you are amazing. The Check-in process was smooth, fast and friendly. I recommend this hotel if you’re ever in the area. 10/10
Awful, my partners card was charged multiple times for a “security deposit” not even incidentals. At least that’s what was explained to us by an apparent “manager” I honestly believe he didn’t even know what he was talking about and this was after the young lady was rude and couldn’t explain herself why the card was swiped so many times became frustrated and walked off. This Aloft hotel is fantastic. The lobby is clean, stocked with snacks, the staff is attentive, and the rooms are clean. Elise, the hotel’s operation manager, is fantastic and incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone staying in the RDU area. Thanks, Elise!

We had a flight delay and were just absolutely worn out. Shuttle was on time, staff was ready when we arrived & got us in to our super clean & nice room quickly! The BIG game changer though was Brian at the reception desk the next morning. I witnessed multiple opportunities for him to lose his cool with unreasonable requests but he kept how’s head up, a smile on & refused to get flustered while handling all the issues quickly & efficiently.
