7-22-2026 This was my third stay and I have to say it is my last. First, the rear entry door did not work. The room’s air conditioning does not work when un-occupied, which I do understand but North Carolina in summer, the AC needs to cool the room). The TV “Stream” system did not work. Make sure to visit Tonya at the bar! She took great care of everyone, despite being the only bartender. Great customer service.
Kennedy and Riley were amazing !! They were very accommodating. Made my experience a great one. You can tell they care about their guest here.
All rooms are equipped with motion-activated thermostats. As a result, expect AC to shut off when not in room or while sleeping. Not a wise choice for a warm climate zone like Raleigh. As a lifetime Titanium member, I’m loyal to the brand, but will no longer book this location as a result.
