I don't really understand the hype overall. Rooms were very plain and felt cheap to me. They were clean and seemed new though. Front desk worker the evening I checked in was fantastic. Quick, efficient and friendly.
I had some issues with my flights and Aloft Plano was incredibly accommodating, especially Lynn and Cody. Thank you!
This hotel is new. The staff is great. They don’t do any cash anywhere. Everything is charged to your room but on Friday and Saturday night it’s cheap for there on the the daytime charge. They’re 249 during the week they’re $61 on Friday night, they have a lot of snacks not in vending machines but fresh snacks that you can purchase. The rooms are adequately sized with large showers and they all come with fridges I believe there’s microwaves and some, but they all have a safe.
