From check-in to check-out, my experience here was excellent. Sarah at the front desk immediately set the tone with her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. She made my stay feel personal. As a Black man who travels frequently for business, I truly appreciated how respectful and inclusive the service was. The Dury hotel overbooked and did not tell priceline, so we got stuck out in the northern part of Dallas,around midnight. As I remember this was one of their traights they used to do when they first came to the metroplex no wonder they have had so much company problems over these decades. Anyway the gentleman st your front desk bentover backwards to find us your last room. It was literally the only one in a 20 mile radius. He is a keeper. What customer sernvice used to be in this world. Will be back.

Everyone on their staff is excellent except Sarah. Her Lack of professionalism and smug attitude drops a 5 star service team, down to 3 stars. I am a Bonvoy Rewards member, and when i call for a "late check out", it's no problem with anyone except her. I'm old school, when i call the staff for something, don't tell me what you can't do, tell me what you can do for me. Because of the quality of the room, and service from everyone but Sarah, we stay at the hotel almost every weekend. So a good front desk worker, like the older... read more
