Luis is amazing at the front desk. I thought he was the manager. Great asset to the hotel.
Stayed for a couple of nights as close to the airport. Room was large and spacious and very clean. Parking charge seems high for a guest as no cctv or security in the car park so what are we paying for??
Perfect location as it’s only about a 5-10 min drive from the airport and roughly the same distance to DT Phoenix. Cool amenities like pool, bar, and pool table. Also plenty of random board games to kill time. Coffee machines and hot water in lobby were not hot at all. Breakfast bar is pretty overpriced as well. Would recommend stopping at BoSa Donuts or Panera, with both being about 500 ft from the entrance. Also we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning folks never came by and gave fresh towels, sheets, etc.
