Findeley is the best! Had a great experience with valet. Had a large sprinter van and Aloft was very accommodating and made it a great experience overall. Very convenient location and just minutes from the Kia Center. Loved the puppy at the front too. Overall, impressed with how clean the rooms were and the great upkeep of the hotel. Looking forward to staying here again next time I'm in town.
shoutouts to dalvin from valet! from the moment we pulled up, we were immediately taken care of. 10/10 professionalism! and to amanda from the w xyz bar! very quick to recommend drinks and even gave samplers of the draft beers that i wasn’t sure of. y’all got amazing staff in this location!
Dolvin in valet was such a classy and respectful person on my Arrival. Gentlemen, like him or what make hospitality hospitality. I’m very grateful that my experience was amazing at the aloft Hotel also Laurel, the bartender in the lounge was amazing. Probably the best bartender ever had in my life. She gave me recommendations. I never thought I would ever have.
Dalvin gave great service. I will definitely be back
Some of the staff was very nice , the hotel overall is nice but the beds and pillows were horrible.
