I am very satisfied with the hotel; the rooms were super comfortable and clean. The valet service—especially Luis—was incredibly attentive at all times; he helped with my luggage, gave me water, and opened the door for me right up to the very last moment. I will definitely be back.
Location was great for us. Rings very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area
I had an absolutely spectacular experience with Luis as my valet. The service was exceptional—he was incredibly professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend him

Booked for a quick stay, Sunday to Monday. As Elite Platinum, they gave me a little welcome bag of water and a snack, and a $15 voucher for breakfast that I elected over the 500 points bonus. Checked in, 2 adults and a Boston Terrier, very smooth process at the desk. Very friendly, very attentive. We got to check in early, 1p and they booked us in room 302 which was perfect, very clean and very spacious for my pup.
