We as Aloft residents are grateful to have Luis working here. He keeps on top of all the issues from building maintenance, leaks, stack flushing and garage care to personal care like remembering all of our names, units and what cars we drive. He has been integral in keeping the community happy and on top of everything that needs attention. Just wanted to give thanks for his hard work and dedication to Aloft and making living here better than any other buildings I have lived.
Luis at the front desk of Aloft on Cortez Hill is always so kind and helpful. Recently my mother stayed over to watch my dog and she wouldn’t stop raving about how great Luis treated her. It was no surprise to me because he always goes above and beyond for residents.
