There stars is average and shouldnt be looked on as bad. The room was very spacious for the NYC area and had queen beds in it. The hotel is clean and the staff courteous. The parking lot doesn't have that many spots and can be hard to get in and out of. The room rate was pretty good in comparison to other hotels in the area. It's a Marriott property so it's pretty good.
Everything was great.. from the ambience, to the location and everything else. But Amanda, she was the icing on the cake… the sweetest person you ever did meet. Exceptional customer service with a smile. She is five stars and definitely front desk material (and this is coming from a former customer engagement trainer and front desk agent).
Beds were extremely comfy and they have a full service restaurant that’s pretty good too!
