Would be nice to have a comfortable lounge area, thw bar is more like a cafeteria. Rooms were clean, looks like a newer remodel. I stay near LGA the night before my flight when I'm in town, which I am often. I've stayed at the Marriott and Hilton nearby. Hilton was nicest bar / grill, rooms were not great. Marriott was terrible. Old rooms. Will likely stay at Aloft going forward.
Don’t eat the chicken empanadas. They are deep fried and the filling barely has any shredded chicken. The filling is bland and The cocktail I ordered was watered down and the bar service was lack luster. The front desk was rude and didn’t give any directions about my room and the hotel services.
The Aloft by Marriott there’s a very nice and clean hotel right across from the LaGuardia airport. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
