By far one of the most uncomfortable stays due to its unclean, dirty and very unsanitary room. From the moment you walk in, be cautious, even the sofas in the lobby are stained, full of hair and dirty from top to bottom. When you get in the elevator, all dirty from floor to walls. When you walk to your room, again all dirty and unclean hallways. Once in the room... sadness, betrayal, uncomfortableness sets in. The beds, full of random hair. Nice hotel. Good location. Indoor pool and private patio. Front Lobby store is well stocked And has its own bar. BUT… There’s no Jacuzzi hot tub And the depth of the entire pool is 3 feet. (I did not know there’s upon booking) It does have a ramp to enter the pool, which could be beneficial to children and people that cannot use steps.
Wonderful place! Front desk staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and they were pet friendly!!! We would definitely stay there again!
