I stayed at the hotel with my family for 5 days. Very comfortable and clean rooms with all the facilities and amenities needed. Especially enjoyed the gym and the rooftop for some relaxation. The location is great, close to the subway, restaurants and cafes in walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
While the stay would have been great had I not been charged twice...unfortunately..I was charged twice. Something about Booking.com not releasing the virtual card to pay Aloft. I had no choice but to give my credit card in again and hope they would get the money from Booking.com. The pending charge posted, and I get to be in a customer service hell trying to get one refunded.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time while visiting my son. I was on the sixth floor, and luckily I had no issue with noise. My so called balcony was no bigger than a postage stamp, and my vision of relaxing outside was a disappointment. The room was fine, and the bed comfortable. I felt the overall property could use some cleaning and repair, but I felt for the price satisfied.
