Good value and location, but our room experience was just ok. As we were settling in, we found a pair of socks that didn’t belong to any of us. We had just arrived so clearly the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I also didn’t like that the fridge was placed in the bathroom under the sink. There are outlets by the bed where it could easily be placed, and hotel fridges rarely leak, so it shouldn’t be a problem to have it on carpet. All around great budget hotel for the weekend Cowboys game. Las Colinas is centrally located by the airport and between Dallas and Ft Worth. Small, but has all the amenities we needed. Solid breakfast options. (Wish there was a hot tub) But solid on style, very warm and friendly front desk associates, clean and updated.
Péssimo hotel. Atendimento super impessoal. Não tem café da manhã, apesar de fazerem reserva com café da manhã. Eles tem alguns snacks e lanches congelados. Nada mais. Não fazem organização do quarto. Vc sai e encontra o quarto da mesma forma que deixou. Um dos piores hoteis que já fiquei hospedada, apesar do alto valor da diaria. Há hotéis muito melhores na cidade. Por uma semana, o valor foi de aproximadamente R$ 9000,00. I've stayed at several Aloft's, this 1 wasn't up to par. Staff was nice though
