Really great hotel. In the perfect spot. Surrounded by so many stores & restaurants. You can walk around. Customer service was perfect. I’ll stay again.
Wonderful place to stay! Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Great location — close to everything. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
We parked our car here for two nights using a parking service for Jacksonville airport parking. Our car was broken into in this hotel's parking lot while we were away on our trip. When we returned to our car, our car's window had been smashed and the dashboard panel had been torn off. This hotel is unsafe, dangerous, and lacks proper security. It is not a safe location to leave your car overnight. Don't stay here unless you want your car to be broken into overnight.
