Our room was hot. The AC wasn't cooling properly. The toilet handle broke on the first flush. Luckily, my husband fixed it before we had to call the front desk. We paid an extra $75 for our dog, so be aware of high extra fees. Valet is expensive, so we used the parking garage across the street for $25 a day. Halls are dark and make unnecessary turns. Great location downtown. Awesome rooftop view with a bar and swimming pool. Precious showed great hospitality as a hostesses.

Had an amazing trip at ALoft in Downtown Houston! The front desk receptionist, Kenny, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! From his extreme generosity of providing us with stellar city recommendations, to making sure we were taken care of during our visit, he made the experience exceptional. 100000/10 would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the downtown area.
