Staff are not trained on ADA policy and hotel will be referred to NYS AG. Beyond this, no issues with our stay. Room is spacious and neighborhood is convenient.
Don’t trust the front desk staff to ‘call you a cab.’ Super shady. I wound up with some guy who wouldn’t take a credit card and called his daughter to take Zelle. If I weren’t with my 6’6” son, I would have been scared for my safety. Quiet comfortable stay, but that was clearly a scam that left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had an amazing Juneteenth weekend at Aloft Harlem and it had mostly to do with Tisha. She made sure that every process was seamless and she was funny, engaging and made our stay feel like home. Would 100% book this hotel again next time I'm in Harlem!
